What We Do

Love Squared’s mission is t0 encourage kids and young adults in their ability to pursue Jesus, and lead their peers. One way we have been doing this for the last few years is by meeting with a group of young men from a local high school every week where we study the bible, pray together, and encourage one another. Along with meeting in a group, we are passionate about meeting one on one with these guys, showing up to support them in their activities, and meeting them where they’re at.

Love Squared has also partnered with many organizations in their mission to support the next generation. Some of these organizations include Young Lives- a ministry for teen moms, Josiah’s House- a ministry for children in the Dominican Republic, and Camp Agape- a ministry for children of men and women in the prison system.

April 2023

March 2023

Over the past few years, we've had the opportunity to train hungry, young leaders from across the nation. The Love Squared internship takes place from July to June, and exists to equip and provide mentorship, discipleship training, outreach opportunities, and practical ways to study God's word. Our mission is to send them back into their communities to live out what they've learned from their time with us. Watch the video above to hear some of our most recent interns testimonies. 

February 2023 

Hello Love Squared family, we hope you have had an amazing start to 2023! We are so excited for what God has in store for this year, and we are honored to be in ministry with you! One of our focuses for this year is continuing to develop the BEST teaching and training experience for 21-25 year olds, equipping them with the tools they need to live out a life of discipleship wherever God calls them next. December 2022

Last night marks the end of The Katinas "I Need Jesus" Christmas tour! Over the past 26 days we have done 27 shows ministering to people all across the country. It's been an amazing opportunity for our team to bring awareness, and fundraise for Love Squared. We are so humbled to have over 200 new monthly partners join our mission! We are so excited for 2023, but also blown away by the support and generosity of our Love Squared family in 2022. We believe that the next generation of leaders are not only the leaders of tomorrow, but they are also the leaders of today. That discipleship is not about programs, it's about people. And that Jesus has the power, and the ability, to do far greater than we could ever think or imagine! It is our honor, to be in ministry alongside you. We cannot wait to announce our plans for growth in the new year. Merry Christmas from the entire Love Squared Team and Katina Family!

May 2022 Update

This month, we are excited to announce a new hire to our team, Yahna Ninis, who will taking the lead on starting our young women's mentorship and leadership program! We are continuously thankful for your support as we follow Jesus in the direction He leads for this ministry!

Who are you, and what are you doing here? Jesus often made time to get away with his disciples, and because of your generosity we were able to do just that! A little over two weeks ago, we had the privilege to take a deep dive into identity and purpose with three of our high school ministries. This past year, 2021, we have been absolutely blown away by the generosity of our Love Squared family. November Update

As we enter into this season of celebration with family and friends, our team at Love Squared wanted the opportunity to reflect on the way God has worked through our ministry over the past 30 years. Click the video above to hear a word from our founders, The Katinas.  

Love Squared Youth Camps 

     For the past six years, Love Squared and The Katinas have partnered to sponsor youth football camps here in our community. One of our core values as a ministry, is to meet people where they are at, and this has always been an incredible opportunity to do just that. 
     Sponsoring youth camps allows schools to offer the camp to kids free of charge, which in return allows more athletes to attend. This year, over two hundred campers, and one hundred and fifty players were encouraged in their faith, trained in their positions, and empowered as young leaders.

SAMOA 2019

Last year Love Squared ventured back to our founders, The Katinas, homeland, American Samoa. Our team of 35 spent two weeks pouring into the lives of the next generation by providing school supplies for children, providing supplies for the local animal shelter, visiting with the elderly, providing groceries for impoverished families, and singing, worshiping and dancing with the youth of the island who are hungry for love, affirmation and hope.
