The problem is clear. Our world is aching for Godly leaders. The next generation needs caring adults who have the tools to stay focused in a culture of distraction. Kids are looking for Godly leaders who will step into their world to hear, see, understand and help them navigate their faith.
Thankfully, the solution is even more clear. We need leaders who have the knowledge and skills to go into the world of kids and guide them. Through these beautiful friendships, we believe the world can explode with the goodness, joy, and hope.
But we need help. We need your help.
The Love Squared Associate program is for passionate young leaders (20-25 years old) in the United States who share our dream: Thousands of leaders walking with MILLIONS of kids who don’t yet know their God-given potential.

Benefits & Expectations
The Love Squared Associate Training is a once in a lifetime opportunity for emerging leaders to engage in training that will change their life forever. You will have mentors available who are dedicated to supporting and encouraging your spiritual growth journey. Love Squared Associates will leave this experience with lifelong friends, fresh vision for their life, practical ministry skills that work in the church or marketplace, and spiritual formation practices to sustain them for a lifetime of fruitful ministry. Give 20 hours per week to Love Squared ministries
Supplement their income with a part-time job. The Love Squared staff will help connect you to local job opportunities.
Be willing to serve in whatever capacity the ministry needs, which may at times include running errands, event clean-up, or travel.
Be willing to be guided by the Love Squared staff which has more than 50 years of combined ministry experience.
You will receive focused life on life discipleship, training, and support during your eleven-month (August 1, 2024-June 30th, 2025) internship from our staff, among other benefits.
Free housing and utilities ($1000 value) for those who live outside of the Nashville/Franklin area
$500 Monthly stipend to offset living expenses such as food, gas, etc.
Live with other interns in the spirit of Jesus; practicing generosity, accountability, courage, friendship and prayer.
Proven training and discipleship practices that lay the foundation for a lifetime of fruitful ministry
Clear and practical ministry principles that are transferable to any church, non-profit, or personal ministry strategy
Love Squared staff who are extremely generous and fiercely committed to Jesus and each other

By clicking SUBMIT, you are willing to agree to the following:
- I will give at least 20 hours per week to the ministry. These 20 hours may include working on weekends.
- I may be able to work another part time job to supplement my income if necessary, as long as it does not interfere with the priority of the internship.
- I will serve in whatever capacity that the ministry determines to be of greatest need. At times this may include ministry such as running errands, cleaning, traveling, etc.
- I am willing to submit myself to discipleship and learn from the Love Squared staff, allowing them to lead me however they see necessary.
